Russian Navy Releases UFO Files

The Russian navy has declassified its records of encounters with unidentified objects technologically surpassing anything humanity ever built, reports Svobodnaya Pressa news website.

The records dating back to soviet times were compiled by a special navy group collecting reports of unexplained incidents delivered by submarines and military ships. The group was headed by deputy Navy commander Admiral Nikolay Smirnov, and the documents reveal numerous cases of possible UFO encounters, the website says.

Vladimir Azhazha, former navy officer and a famous Russian UFO researcher, says the materials are of great value.

“Fifty percent of UFO encounters are connected with oceans. Fifteen more – with lakes. So UFOs tend to stick to the water,” he said.

On one occasion a nuclear submarine, which was on a combat mission in the Pacific Ocean, detected six unknown objects. After the crew failed to leave behind their pursuers by maneuvering, the captain ordered to surface. The objects followed suit, took to the air, and flew away.

Many mysterious events happened in the region of Bermuda Triangle, recalls retired submarine commander Rear Admiral Yury Beketov. Instruments malfunctioned with no apparent reason or detected strong interference. The former navy officer says this could be deliberate disruption by UFOs.

Speeding so fast is a challenge even on the surface. But water resistance is much higher. It was like the objects defied the laws of physics. There’s only one explanation: the creatures who built them far surpass us in development,” Beketov said.Navy intelligence veteran, Captain 1st rank Igor Barklay comments:

“Ocean UFOs often show up wherever our or NATO’s fleets concentrate. Near Bahamas, Bermudas, Puerto Rico. They are most often seen in the deepest part of the Atlantic Ocean, in the southern part of the Bermuda Triangle, and also in the Caribbean Sea.”

Another place where people often report UFO encounters is Russia’s Lake Baikal, the deepest fresh water body in the world. Fishermen tell of powerful lights coming from the deep and objects flying up from the water.

In one case in 1982 a group of military divers training at Baikal spotted a group of humanoid creatures dressed in silvery suits. The encounter happened at a depth of 50 meters, and the divers tried to catch the strangers. Three of the seven men died, while four others were severely injured.

“I think about underwater bases and say: why not? Nothing should be discarded,” says Vladimir Azhazha. “Skepticism is the easiest way: believe nothing, do nothing. People rarely visit great depths. So it’s very important to analyze what they encounter there.”

For 15 years, scientists have benefited from data gleaned by U.S. classified satellites of natural fireball events in Earth's atmosphere – but no longer.

A recent U.S. military policy decision now explicitly states that observations by hush-hush government spacecraft of incoming bolides and fireballs are classified secret and are not to be released, SPACE.com has learned.

The satellites' main objectives include detecting nuclear bomb tests, and their characterizations of asteroids and lesser meteoroids as they crash through the atmosphere has been a byproduct data bonanza for scientists.

The upshot: Space rocks that explode in the atmosphere are now classified.

"It's baffling to us why this would suddenly change," said one scientist familiar with the work. "It's unfortunate because there was this great synergy...a very good cooperative arrangement. Systems were put into dual-use mode where a lot of science was getting done that couldn't be done any other way. It's a regrettable change in policy."

Scientists say not only will research into the threat from space be hampered, but public understanding of sometimes dramatic sky explosions will be diminished, perhaps leading to hype and fear of the unknown.

Incoming!

Most "shooting stars" are caused by natural space debris no larger than peas. But routinely, rocks as big as basketballs and even small cars crash into the atmosphere. Most vaporize or explode on the way in, but some reach the surface or explode above the surface. Understandably, scientists want to know about these events so they can better predict the risk here on Earth.

Yet because the world is two-thirds ocean, most incoming objects aren't visible to observers on the ground. Many other incoming space rocks go unnoticed because daylight drowns them out.

Over the last decade or so, hundreds of these events have been spotted by the classified satellites. Priceless observational information derived from the spacecraft were made quickly available, giving researchers such insights as time, a location, height above the surface, as well as light-curves to help pin down the amount of energy churned out from the fireballs.

And in the shaky world we now live, it's nice to know that a sky-high detonation is natural versus a nuclear weapon blast.

Where the space-based surveillance truly shines is over remote stretches of ocean – far away from the prospect of ground-based data collection.

But all that ended within the last few months, leaving scientists blind-sided and miffed by the shift in policy. The hope is that the policy decision will be revisited and overturned.

Critical importance

"The fireball data from military or surveillance assets have been of critical importance for assessing the impact hazard," said David Morrison, a Near Earth Object (NEO) scientist at NASA's Ames Research Center. He noted that his views are his own, not as a NASA spokesperson.

The size of the average largest atmospheric impact from small asteroids is a key piece of experimental data to anchor the low-energy end of the power-law distribution of impactors, from asteroids greater than 6 miles (10 kilometers) in diameter down to the meter scale, Morrison told SPACE.com.

"These fireball data together with astronomical observations of larger near-Earth asteroids define the nature of the impact hazard and allow rational planning to deal with this issue," Morrison said.

Morrison said that fireball data are today playing additional important roles.

As example, the fireball data together with infrasound allowed scientists to verify the approximate size and energy of the unique Carancas impact in the Altiplano -- on the Peru-Bolivia border -- on Sept. 15, 2007.

Fireball information also played an important part in the story of the small asteroid 2008 TC3, Morrison said. That was the first-ever case of the astronomical detection of a small asteroid before it hit last year. The fireball data were key for locating the impact point and the subsequent recovery of fragments from this impact.

Link in public understanding

Astronomers are closing in on a years-long effort to find most of the potentially devastating large asteroids in our neck of the cosmic woods, those that could cause widespread regional or global devastation. Now they plan to look for the smaller stuff.

So it is ironic that the availability of these fireball data should be curtailed just at the time the NEO program is moving toward surveying the small impactors that are most likely to be picked up in the fireball monitoring program, Morrision said.

"These data have been available to the scientific community for the past decade," he said. "It is unfortunate this information is shut off just when it is becoming more valuable to the community interested in characterizing near Earth asteroids and protecting our planet from asteroid impacts."

The newly issued policy edict by the U.S. military of reporting fireball observations from satellites also caught the attention of Clark Chapman, a planetary scientist and asteroid impact expert at Southwest Research Institute in Boulder, Colorado.

"I think that this information is very important to make public," Chapman told SPACE.com.

"More important than the scientific value, I think, is that these rare, bright fireballs provide a link in public understanding to the asteroid impact hazard posed by still larger and less frequent asteroids," Chapman explained.

Those objects are witnessed by unsuspecting people in far-flung places, Chapman said, often generating incorrect and exaggerated reports.

"The grounding achieved by associating these reports by untrained observers with the satellite measurements is very useful for calibrating the observer reports and closing the loop with folks who think they have seen something mysterious and extraordinary," Chapman said.

I suggested that they seriously consider cities in which Olympic Games have been hosted. The working theory being that such a city would theoretically have both experience and infrastructure still available to hand the massive influx of visitors as well as have access to diverse facilities such as were available during the Olympic Games.

It is interesting to note the following items were inconjunction or at least close proximity with the event: Renewable energy initiative promotion, a dinner hosted by Steven Spielberg, & a highly successful Nevada Solar One near Boulder City. It is conceivable that one or more of the factions involved in the contact control structure will be reaching out to Obama to brief him on their version of the paradigm...one might hazard that the trip could have been an optimal opportunity to do so or at least evaluate him for a future action on it.

Communication examination on the subject of extraterrestrials and contact has been and still is a critical need in current human reality. When we pause to consider that in the last hundred years our population explosion, our use of electricity and mechanical devices, including nuclear technology, as well as our many forms of broadcast communications, we have literally ‘lit up’ our world. It is akin to setting up a digital billboard in your front yard advertising your presence. Therefore it can be theorized that the matter of Extra-terrestrial Contact is a subject which if we don’t go to the trouble of immersing ourselves in before-hand, it will come home to roost literally over our heads eventually, unexpected, into a population unsettled by its complete surprise to the event.

Beyond the obvious discussions engaged in the subject matter within Exopolitics, Ufology, and Science Fiction Literature, who else has made early efforts at broaching this topic? And what is its importance to Exopolitical Mediation? A recent article from a website in the exopolitical field specializing in exopsychology has examined the sparse address of the subject and notes the following:

“Theologians take the prize for being first off the mark, for having had lengthy discussions about the existence of extraterrestrials, and possible contact scenarios. Their work has been so extensive that it deserves a separate entry,” [1} – Michael Gintowt.

Mr. Gintowt, a notable psychologist delving into exopsychology, has published another remarkable article on his blog: Exopsychology In the article titled “Exoisms: foreshadowing of a New Age, or macro-egoism?” he examines the “trailblazers who have considered the implications of contact with an Intelligent Extraterrestrial Race (ET).” He explores his interest in the meaning and relevance of visionary extensions into an uncertain future and considers how the strength of our collective vanity as a race may hinder us in our conceptual explorations of contact scenarios. For all those interested in the mechanics involved in exopolitical mediation, I highly recommend this article for it gives due consideration to the baggage which all participants, including the Mediator, his or herself, can and will bring to the communications table.

Our examinations of contact scenarios are forms of conceptual communications or if you prefer, preparations for experiential communications in which the concepts or abstract notions and mental impressions of contact scenarios are played out in practice. These surface from our collective understanding of reality, incorporating endless ideas of what ET life might exist as, and then are experimented with for their logic and potentialities. Within these scenarios are enmeshed contact mythologies and sometimes even the asserted Contact Experience. Michael rightly explores our psychological reasonings, aspirations, and pursuit of “uncertain patterns”.

After relating a number of examples, he goes on to say, “that the evidence (for contact) is not crystal clear, unambiguous, and simple to behold. It is fuzzy, vague, incomplete, and a perfect backdrop for the projection of our mental contents.”

Now how do these explorations benefit exopolitical mediation? What does this understanding of evidence for contact as ambiguous or incomplete, bring to the communication table or the application of a mediator skills? Of what use is conceptual communications on the subject of Contact to exopolitical mediation? This is where I think we revitalize how we look at communication. ”Looking at communication, not just through it to see how it affects other things, gives us a way of thinking about the events and objects of the social world that differs substantially from the modernistic way of thinking. Our attention is drawn to wholes rather than parts; to dynamics rather than substances; to reflectivity rather than linear relations; and to interactions rather than single actions,” [2] W. Barnett Pearce, School of Human and Organization Development, Fielding Graduate University.

The conceptual communications within the dynamics of Exopolitics or those built during mediation or even others presented complete through the direct contact experiencer, gives us the ability to closely examine the root context within which the information originates for the purpose of deep understanding of the communications and participants involved. It will likely be a conglomeration of the participants and experiencer’s interpretations and the source intent of their experience. Context in exopolitical mediation includes but is not limited to, the experiencer’s and participants’ culture, their psychological state, their educational and life experience level, and their personal mythos of individual existence…so too will it also include the level of ability, type and style of communication, and intents on the part of the extra-terrestrial contacting party, as well as a whole series of contextual ranges on the part of the receiving public who is without doubt a theoretical if not actual participant in the mediation circle. An in-depth examination of context is very important to facilitating the mediator’s understanding of the participants involved in the mediation. This examination of context allows us to delineate the actual identity of participants in the mediation circle.

It is in my mind to suggest that it may be worthy for exopolitical mediators to look, within the context, at the instigator of both our own ‘mental contents’ and that of our participants various ‘mental contents’, the oh so infamous ego, as another participant to the mediation circle. The ego inserts its own purposes and needs and therefore may transcend or overtake the communication process, intent, or specific content. By placing the ego within its own category as a participant we give ourselves awareness of its presence and It, its own voice, so that we can therefore gain an opportunity to separate it from the originating source of individual communications.

What is ego? Is it a true representation of us? When we stop to consider ego in our lives, most of us would say no, that is not truly us, not deep down because we have separated what we tend to fall into existentially from what we think of ourselves as mentally, and what we expect or strive for ourselves to be. The pressure to conform to our human ego is very great. Our egos are wrapped up in our social perception of societal expectations which are both extrinsic, concerning relationships of our social groups, and intrinsic, concerning our own behavior, opinions, issues, values, and goals as expected by ourselves or of us by our social groups. The ego is a construct of all these things and does not always adhere to what we really believe or value in ourselves or others.

The exopolitical mediator can use the delineation and identification of ego in the scope of examining conceptual communications and their contexts to increase his or her ‘interpersonal linkage power '[3]. This power is the mediator's ability based on their perceived influence with people who control psychological or social resources within a participatory group. This power is necessary to developing a group culture among participants where a collective personality and point of view or understanding is negotiated by the members (participants) of the mediation group; in whatever way those participants are defined in the mediation process.

In closing I offer a reference to conceptual communications, in which Michael Gintowt refers to speculation about ETs, giving it a definition as, “about attempting to lead the way into the future, to break new ground, to innovate, to find meaning in work, and contribute by asking questions, as opposed to furnishing answers – which is a good thing, because excellent science is based on asking the right questions.”

[Congratulations go to the theologians for taking the initiative to be among the trail-blazers, those who dove in first.]

Discerning Conduits of Influence and Communication in Exopolitical Mediation

In Exopolitical Mediation, communication among parties rarely occurs within a typical mediation setting. In mainstream typical mediation, individual participants meet directly with the mediator first individually and then collectively in an agreed upon location. In Exopolitical Mediation the mediator may be directly involved in only one of the participants but provides avenues of information exchange to the public, among other participants, and among other exopolitical conduits. Connection with the public, for example, can range in its extensiveness from a simple release of a report on the internet to the more involved release of a book with corresponding interviews and other promotional activities. Exopolitical Mediation in this way immediately deviates from typical traditional forms of Mediation. However there remains universal aspects to it such as confidentiality of the participants. This makes some of the mechanics of exopolitical mediation unique in the general field of mediation.

Exopolitical Mediation currently occurs in a setting where the Mediator may administer contact with a paradigm participant or source, who holds a perceived position of purposeful leadership in or for that particular release. This does not mean that all communication within the mediation case occurs in conduit through the Mediator. Often the Mediator represents only one avenue of communication and networks in the open with other conduits which may well vary in nature. An example of a variant of conduit can be seen in a release of a recent article in the NY Times, entitled “A Climate Solution That’s Out Of This World”[1]. This variant is a unspecific non-mediated example under the understanding within Exopolitics that the mainstream media outlets are heavily controlled and restricted from serious publication of information or dialog on the subject of extra-terrestrial contact. So for such a release as the one referenced to occur, a sanction to communicate under specific conditions is assumed to have been given. This defines the article as a representation of communication from an additional conduit in an environment still engulfed in secrecy and non-disclosure orientation.

Recognizing additional conduits in a multi-factional environment is a problematic issue for Exopolitical Mediators. Most of this problem can be mitigated by having an understanding of the current exopolitical condition which includes continually evolving evaluative analysis of the existential evidence of a contact control structure. Exopolitical Mediators try to balance their understanding of the exopolitical condition through extensive reading and networking with other exopoliticians. Through these forms of self-education the productive and destructive strategies used by the contact paradigm constituents becomes apparent. An effective Exopolitical Mediator develops his or her ability to ‘listen carefully for’ other conduits within the paradigm. “In the most general sense, we have communication whenever one system, a source, influences another, the destination, by manipulation of alternative signals which can be transferred over the channel connecting them,” Osgood.[2]

The variety and necessity of obscure communication conduits arose out of the inherent or perceived needs of the parties behind them, in the pervasive secrecy climate of the last sixty odd years. The contact paradigm has carried the highest level of secrecy status possible within the United States as far as government and its contact paradigm extensions have been concerned. This has caused a fractured and multi-factional situation whereas the realms (social worlds) of pro and non-disclosure are again broken into many portions which continue fractional existence in many compartmentalized sub-groups. The extent of sub-groupment is not fully known at this time but releasing sources have routinely described the compartmental nature of the contact control structure and the confusing web of geopolitical inter-relationships which have grown so complex as to defy rational explanations or descriptions. These inter-relations compete with each other on many levels and spill over into the public presence where they are taken up and mirrored by open humanity in its opinions, and aggressive competing behaviors.

It is important for the Exopolitical Mediator to be aware of the variety and subtleness of communication forms and conduits in order to understand the various social worlds which lie within the contact paradigm. When the mediator understand the social worlds involved then it becomes possible to understand the various survival strategies and goals which pervade them. The Exopolitical Mediator comes face to face with these strategies and goals in life changing ways and must work among them to achieve cohesion of the participants in the evolutionary environment of potential human disclosure. “If we believe that the way we communicate makes the social world in which we live, and that these forms of communication make different social worlds, then it follows that, if we are to accept our responsibility for making the kind of social world in which we want to live and which we want to bequeath to our grandchildren, we should develop our ability to discern, differentiate, and selectively call into being preferred forms of communication,” W. Barnett Pearce.[3]

There are many types of survival strategies which are associated with the forces behind individual conduits. The nature of the individual strategies involved, also vary in the perceptibility of their existential natures. It is up to the mediator to be discerning to every extent possible to comprehend those natures. Some of the strategies encountered will be either pro-disclosure nature or non-disclosure nature with contents that range among conflict avoidance strategies, competitive conflict strategies, and cooperative strategies. It is the responsibility of the exopolitical mediator to focus on the process by which he is managing his interaction with these strategies and to try to avoid getting caught up in the conflict generating potential some of them have. The exopolitical mediator is not there wage a war but is there to assist the participants to communicate, establish connection and interaction, and to help them find their acceptable avenues for future development of collective options, goals, and common ground.

I am going to wax more philosophical for a moment to deep the external and personal context within which Exopolitical Mediators operate. This examines the effect of human control and human influence and their contributional values. So to does it delve into the philosophy of the pursuit of excellence and how the concepts of control and influence are regarded.

Our control in this life, I think is limited in many ways but our Influence is not. If we continue on a chosen ethical path then we will remain limited in our control for quite sometime in many respects, because the honoring of Free Will is a part of being ethical. But as we, the human race, progress in our existential explorations we will come to realize that the long-term benefits of ethical choices gives us exponential leaps in Influence. We cannot force anyone human or otherwise to believe or fully understand something....but we can Influence them to be self-empowered to progress in their own way.

As our Influential ability grows it reverberates throughout our own people bringing a potential toward briliance of self...this is the positive outcome of chosing ethical paths...it far outweighs and out-distances any usefulness of control. One day such a chosen path and skill of Influence could extend to create ourselves into an Influential Example for other races who may at that point be asking many of the same questions we ask about ourselves and extra-terrestrial races today....but we have to invest in our own self improvement first...this process of experiencing, learning and sharing is part of respecting Excellence in Life.

Why do some humans have a negative view of the world and everything which goes with it? Where does this dispondency come from? I think that is because humanity's moments of weakness have encompassed some individuals and groups more than others....their negative views are a consequence of the Human Race's areas of self neglect and therefore are self inflicted...as well as being a self-perpetuating consequence on an individual level once it has occured thus becoming a vicious cycle. Can this be changed? Certainly. But like anything worth doing it takes sometimes a great deal of effort and consistency.

I don't believe humans are more negative than positive....it think the perception of that is based solely on personal experience and just as dandilions will group in various and particular areas of a yard, so too does positive and negative natures...sometimes it is luck of the draw as to what we routinely encounter...sometimes it is an innate human need to address deep personal or spiritual issues and then work through them which brings us in contact once or repetatively with negativity. We don't yet conceptualize this clearly and firmly where we may then teach it to the next generations in order that they might better understand or percieve what themes they are involved in or why they manifest around or within our individual life circle.

This matter of what we teach of our Knowledge to the future generations and even the current ones is very much a subject of concern to the Exopolitical Mediator....from my own perspective and history, my ancestors both ancient and recent have always regarded Knowledge as sacred. So too is the possession of it a sacred trust. This sacred trust doesn't mean that Knowledge was intended to be kept sequestered among the priviledged few. It was once regarded that the Knowledge of our Race was a trust given to us by the "Gods" or "Ancients" and that to fail to teach it or pass it from generation to generation was a severe crime. There are three kinds of Knowledge: the Nature of each thing, the Cause of each thing, and the Influence of each thing. To seek to aquire knowledge of all things which is in its pure form, the effort to Understand, is a great part of respecting and pursuing Excellence. The other part of that is sharing the knowledge and wisdom earned.

Maturity comes from within...it is the assimilation of knowledge and its practical, ethical application by a person practicing Virtue and then its evolution and manifestation as Wisdom. To practice Virtue is to honor the rule of law, to be honest, and to be proud. Pride in this context is not an ill expressed behavior of dominance, instead it is both a depth of understanding of self worth, and also a confidence in self, which is then expressed in honorable character. When an individual can value one's self then so to are they then equipped to find the inherent truth and value in others. Many Christians, to give it a more familiar example for you, express this as loving themselves as God would love them so that in turn they may love and express love among others.

Is any of this positive nature or the negatives we tend to dwell on an inherent script within our DNA?....I don't think so. These wisdoms are universally part of our education to be individually discovered in this life. What I see inhibiting humanity at this time is their Communication Skills, and willingness to Share. They forget or fear or fail to understand that Sharing or Teaching what they learn is all a part of the whole process. Somewhere they have lost the skill or inclination to reach out with their life, their reality and integrate it with others in a contributional way. This lack of awareness and understanding is creating waves of self-inflicted fear, pain, and chaos which causes perpetuation of the problem. This is something which can be remedied. Someone must go first. Individuals must be willing to lead through example. This is why there is so much potential in the Contact Paradigm and all its facets of existential experience. It gives the opportunity for individuals to remedy this difficulty or inhibition I have described...the vicious cycle of negative circles can be broken....and a fresh paradigm of new choices for human potential laid out for perusal.

In traditional Mediation, mediator neutrality is the action of the mediator to remain neutral which means to not issue or imply judgment. A mediator seeks understanding rather than development of an opinion which results in judgment. This ability to be and remain neutral is incredibly important for success in traditional mediation. Rachel Fishman Green, Esq., describes the benefits of neutrality in the following way, “If I really understand how you are feeling, what this experience has done to you, what this means for you, the challenges that you are facing as you try to restructure your life – then I can help (others) understand these things. And I can also make sure that (what) we put together takes care of you and your needs.”

The same is applicable to Exopolitical Mediation. The participant or group and the inter-lying public which the Exopolitical Mediator works with has needs, hopes, and expectations just as participants in traditional mediation do. The human equation is no different in this respect and does indeed demand a voice to be heard and received seriously. The act of experiencing mediation is very powerful and can facilitate not only understanding but also changes to peoples goals and outlooks. This lays a tremendous burden of responsibility upon the Mediator to maintain a position of holistic caring service which is created when a mediator maintains neutrality.

Every individual experiences life from a perspective. That perspective will be a consequence of their knowledge, their experiences, their health, and their maturity. No other person is more appropriate to speak about their lives or their needs than themselves. In the Contact Paradigm the ability to communicate and be treated with dignity and respect is severely hampered by many layers of confusion, fears, illegitimate ridicule, inadequate knowledge and experience as well as the human tendency to compete or dominate. Mediation gives the opportunity for all voices to approach the human collective consciousness and be heard fairly in our reality.

An Exopolitical Mediator in remaining neutral does not judge and does their best to listen to everything that a participant or group has to say. The Mediator will ask questions to garner the best understanding of the information that he/she can. And the Mediator will assist in brainstorming to figure out how best to achieve a person's or group's needs. An Exopolitical Mediator will use all of the tools at their disposal to make sure that each party involved in the mediation HEARS the other.

One of the valuable skills a Mediator can apply is evaluating the communication of a participant to encourage improvements or additions which help prevent miscommunication. In Exopolitics the distance between the participant and the public audience, if that is the end recipient or alternate party in the mediation, can issue misconceptions or misconstrue the information or intents involved. The Mediator works to alleviate this known difficulty through experience & scope of paradigm awareness. A neutral mediator helps to improve communication by helping all parties or participants involved to understand where the other(s) are coming from. No party involved has to agree with the other(s) but it helps to understand why you disagree or where or why differences exist.

Mediators often feel great empathy for the participants. They not only perceive needs but they also perceive the emotions, challenges, and strength of personal investment involved in the participant's experiences, information, and existential position. The Mediator's job is to utilize this depth of their own perception to help all parties increase their understanding of each other and then to facilitate the best way for them to communicate or interact effectively. His or her greatest challenge is to understand everyone involved.

And the ultimate goal is the honest and honorable exchange of Truth.

The Service Men & Women of Oathkeepers are correct in their assessment. This country, its freedom, its quality of life, and its inherent Spirit is ALL in distress.

The majority of the public who does not understand this has not been paying attention. They assume that the system functions as it was designed to do. But the system has been usurped from the inside. International Corporations exert nearly totalitarian influence here along with a perminent shadow government which is a result of the continuity of government institution built by prior administrations. If you don't fully understand what I'm talking about I strongly suggest you go take a deep look at the Executive Orders list spanning back to the beginning (through multiple presidencies).

All of this is tied into the Contact Paradigm. To understand this you must consider that researchers percieve that there are two forms of this Corruption and MANY Factions. One form is very ancient and has been planning and working for a tremendously long time toward a One World Government/Control. The other is relatively new and grew out of the modern experience of Extra-terrestrial Contact. Both are corporate controlled/influenced but the latter has the potential to be an ETHICAL evolution toward a United Earth in which the US Constitution and all it stands for is not upsurped but restored in full and in which the sovereignty & cultures of other Countries remains intact through and after a process of open collaborative unification.

I don't believe we as a planet are quite ready for a world government....especially when the ancient corruption within has not been fully recognized and dealt with. Contact experienced as a peaceful Global Community would suffice is my personal opinion but many within politics in general think some form of unification for a representative Global Government can be done at this time. They are currently working on it.

However the people watch this carefully and if the institution of a police state within these United States of America is not ceased and desisted there WILL be trouble. Many are alarmed. There has for example been serious talk of ceding in both Texas and Montana, probably other places as well behind the scenes. Montana's legislature was in the news recently about that. People are not only alarmed about the recent state of affairs but are horrified....and becoming very affraid to talk about it. Did you know that the Fusion Centers popping up with their hands in the local law enforcement services do not report to the Governor of the State? They bypass the Governors office and report to the Federal Government. ALL of the public demonizing reports that have cropped up lately like the MIAC Report have been issued from the Feds. Do you 'own' a gun for any purpose? Well then you ARE on a list somewhere and are potentially a terrorist according to them....that really ought to be alarming to any sensible person. But you have been deliberately 'trained' to be complacent and addicted to controlled forms of adrenaline management like sports, action media, and distractions like interactive t.v...if you are too tired when you come home from work and are too wrapped up in basic day to day survival then you would be craving down time and have no inclination to pay much REAL attention to what is happening around you.

You have been taught that to protest anything is bad and an extreme behavior indicative of psychiatric shortcomings. The Elite long ago realized just how maleable the public is and they've been having a field day with you. Now they are looking at shutting down or transforming the one last resource which has yet eluded their full control...the internet.

How this near future evolves very much depends upon the many becomeing involved and most importantly AWARE. Forward movement toward a Global Government probably won't be stopped at this late date. And perhaps if Source A's people are fully accurate in their understanding of what they have put forth regarding the Conformers arriving in 2017 then perhaps we shouldn't fully halt this movement....but BY ALL MEANS you SHOULD BABYSIT this movement. You must become involved and exert your massive influence to choose the most ethical paths for it to take. You MUST correct DAMAGE DONE. If this doesn't happen then the few who ARE aware will take matters into their own hands and pull you into choosing, by your bootstraps if need be, they will force you to see. They will force everyone's hands before the ultimate tyranny can be instituted. Right now because the public is deliberately refusing to look around them, the sides are being delineated. This is the fire before the storm folks....I have warned that this is happening, that a coming conflict can be avoided.

When you hear of Service Men and Women delineating what they will or won't do then that is a serious distress signal. They of all people have every right to fly the flag in distress position for they are in an advanced guard position to see first hand the problems being issued. This is their way of yelling from the rooftops for the whole world to hear that there is a problem and the people's attention and assistance is required. If that attention and assistance is not forthcoming then at least they have indicated where they will stand and with whom they will stand in any resulting conflict.

The very center of this whole situation is now the Contact Paradigm. It is the major instigator at this time and is a window into the depths of power, control, and the reasoning behind it. Humanity has an opportunity to ascribe a nature to this direction of movement by acknowledging the Extra-terrestrial Presence, its history, and ALL THE ASSOCIATED ASPECTS thereby allowing you to insert ethical control and influence. You MUST gain Disclosure....you must gain collaboration and teamwork with the Contact Paradigm Control Structure of the Insiders. There is a path here which will take you successfully and safely through the swamp with its fog and quick sand traps....there is the way through...by intent, by action, by positive and ethical construction....

Apparantly there are leaders already active in sorting the situation out equitably who are including the prior history of Contact which involves the Greys Group & Reppies....Since he is not in his prior post (location) I would assume he his either:

1. otherwise engaged or busy elsewhere in support or opposition

2. or is involved as is appropriate for his history and existential ability to influence

I am not at all persistently vehement against your BPWH. While I do disagree with it in many regards I do treat it with respect as one of many interpretations to this Paradigm as an option to how humanity might choose to interpret and react in regards to the Contact Paradigm and Human Potential. I have made it quite clear in the past that I did not agree with readiness for an existential leap on the scale of the one you propose. Or that an eschaton type sitation will net the results you expect. Life tramas leave horrible marks and baggage upon the human spirit, an eschaton type event is very destructive/damaging to spiritual evolution for this reason. But I don't exclude this interpretation from the cadre of ones existing because that would be interfereing with honorable free will.

I do however take/have tremendous vehemence in opposition with a continuance of unethical, immoral, and illegal behavior regarding this paradigm. It is unnecessary and your manipulations of humanity in those manners paint you, your brethren, and many less informed participants and collateral parties as horrendously evil whether deserved or not! It begs the question of how many times will a human mash their fingers with the same hammer before they choose some other method of driving a nail?

Your stacking of the conversational/observational deck is what initiated this response from me today for it illustrates in prime example an inherent dishonorability this and previous behaviors originating from this faction.

Secret United Nations Meetings on Extraterrestrial Life Continue: Threats Used to Prevent Diplomatic Leaks

On October 8, 2008, I met with the original source that disclosed that a secret meeting had been held at the United Nations headquarters in New York City on February 12 to discus UFOs and extraterrestrial life. The original source, Source A, discussed the most recent developments concerning secret meetings conducted under UN auspices to discuss UFOs and extraterrestrial life. The October 8 meeting was attended by Source A, Clay and Shawn Pickering (who kindly set up the meeting) and Bob Vanderclock. I spent a total of 4.5 hours discussing the UN meetings and related issues with Source A, and others present. Source A was dressed in full US Navy uniform with identifying insignia including name and rank. He showed me his military I.D. which confirmed his name, rank and pay scale. His I.D. card was valid for a three year period and had a vertical barcode on the left hand side next to his photo.
He subsequently showed me an album filled with photos, military patches and cards that represented his various assignments and awards since first joining the US Navy in the 1960s. He explained each of the pages inside of his album to all present. The material he showed conclusively proved that he was an electronics warfare specialist with the US Navy. With all the documentation presented and his full dress Navy uniform, it was clear that he is a serving US Navy officer willing to discuss sensitive information concerning UFOs and extraterrestrial life. From his careful and precise choice of language, clarity of expression, demeanor, eye-contact and other non-verbal cues, Source A appeared very personable and sincere in the information he was disclosing.
Source A said that as far as his military superiors in the normal chain of command are concerned, they are aware of his role in leaking sensitive information. They have a tacit policy of not wanting to know what he is doing, and are not taking action to prevent him disclosing the sensitive information. It was understood that getting national media exposure would force the Navy to take disciplinary action. That is one of the main reasons why the identity of Source A has not been publicly released. He has however agreed to be physically interviewed and shown his credentials to the following researchers: Clay and Shawn Pickering, Bob Vanderclock, Robert Morningstar, Dr Bruce Maccabee, two other unnamed researchers, and most recently myself on October 8.
During the meeting, Source A disclosed that he continues to work under the direction of a US Navy admiral who is in command of the controlled leak of the meetings occurring under UN auspices. This admiral was unnamed and is not part of the official chain of military command for Source A, but is his superior in covert operations that have need-to-know security status. Thus it's important to emphasize that Source A's disclosures are not part of official US Navy policy, but is orchestrated by a covert operations group comprising senior Navy officials (admirals) and others.
In this article, I will discuss three aspects of what Source A revealed concerning the UN meetings at our October 8 meeting: continued meetings under UN auspices; physical threats to prevent diplomatic disclosure of the UN meetings; and role of international corporations.
Further UN Meetings After the initial meeting on February 12, 2008, disclosed by Source A (not including the February 13-14 meeting disclosed by Gilles Lorant) there have been an additional three meetings attended by Source A. Another two meetings were held without Source A after he had been reassigned. Source A was replaced by another military officer who he has yet to meet. The same US Navy admiral remained in control of the US delegation even though he didn't attend the additional meetings. All five additional meetings involved military representatives from member UN nations that attended the February 12 meeting with important additions and changes in personnel in attendance. All but the first were held outside of the UN headquarters and involved military officials. The composition, origin and diplomatic briefing responsibility of those attending the meetings does invite referring to them as a series of 'UN inspired meetings concerning extraterrestrial life'.
Four additional meetings were held in Upstate New York. Upstate NY was chosen in order to have a more secure environment to that available at the UN due to the sensitive nature of the material discussed. Upstate NY also provided a more conducive environment for reaching consensus on issues that proved to be contentious at the original February 12 meeting.
According to Source A, the February 12 meeting was a diplomatic fiasco. There were too many senior diplomatic officials involved and discussions quickly became politicized. The US Navy admiral in charge of Source A's controlled leak of information on the UN meetings, along with other senior diplomatic officials at the ambassadorial rank and senior military officials attended the February 12 meeting. The admiral continues to be in charge of the US delegation to all subsequent meetings emerging from the first UN meeting.
Source A says he travelled to Europe after the February 12 meeting to find the right military people for the forthcoming meetings to be held at Upstate NY. He went to every country in Europe in order to find out who was hostile and who was ambivalent concerning disclosure of extraterrestrial life.
It was decided that no further meetings were required at the UN since key players were known, and they could be invited to Upstate NY for additional meetings. All invited to the Upstate NY meetings were military liaisons of UN member states. These involved middle ranking officers since consensus was more likely to occur without senior diplomats who had the tendency to politicize discussions. It was decided that having middle ranking military liaisons would help keep a low profile on the difficult negotiations required for a coordinated international response to extraterrestrial life. All military liaison personnel at the Upstate NY meetings would brief senior officials in their respective diplomatic corps at the UN.
Source A said that that various nations were either in favor or opposed to a coordinated international disclosure effort. Source A emphasized that the US Navy has always been pro-disclosure and due to its leading role in policy issues concerning extraterrestrial life and the UN meetings, made the US pro-disclosure. The French along with Britain was also in favor of disclosure. Britain, however, asked that the US should lead the effort. Germany, Saudi Arabia and Islamic countries more generally were hostile to disclosure. Source A said India was "impossible to deal with". Military liaison(s) from China attended all the Upstate NY meetings (though not the original February 12 meeting) and said that the US should "pay for disclosure". According to Source A this was a considerable point of contention.
The subsequent meetings at Upstate NY were chaired by different countries. Source A was the highest ranking US officer at the first three post-February 12 meetings held at Upstate NY until he was replaced for the last two which were held respectively in Upstate NY and an undisclosed location in Europe.
The second UN UFO/ET meeting (the first held at Upstate NY) was held from March 24-26 and was chaired by the military liaison from Britain. Source A revealed that this was very productive in terms of consensus, goals and vision. A table of contents concerning key issues to be discussed was produced which presumably would help guide future discussions. This meeting lasted the full three days that were scheduled. China was present at the 2nd and subsequent meetings at Upstate NY and Europe.
The third UN UFO/ET meeting (second at Upstate NY) was chaired by the senior military liaison from France. According to Source A, this meeting was a disaster. This meeting ran from May 19-21 and focused on economic issues that was revealed in an earlier communication released by Clay and Sean Pickering. This meeting lasted three days.
The fourth UN UFO/ET meeting was chaired by the senior US military liaison which was Source A. An attempt was made to find neutral territory, but was unsuccessful. This meeting again, according to Source A, was a disaster. It lasted only one day from the three scheduled. The meeting occurred just prior to Source A leaving for another covert assignment at the end of May 2008.
Source A emphasized that the US Navy (and Marines) has always been focused on overall policy issues concerning extraterrestrials, while the USAF handled contact with extraterrestrial life. The US Army, Department of Energy and Department of Homeland Security have been responsible for security and bases. This is corroborated by reports that extraterrestrials had in the past showed up USAF bases to deal with representatives of the Eisenhower administration. Also, whistleblower reports confirm that Army forces have been involved with enforcing security at bases involving extraterrestrial related projects.
Source A said that USAF has handed off to the US Navy responsibility for a specific contact project involving the extraterrestrials discussed in the February 12 meeting. That means that US Navy has begun to play a role in both setting policy and contact with at least one form of extraterrestrial life.
The fifth UN UFO/ET meeting was attended by the replacement of Source A whose identity has not been revealed. This meeting was again held in Upstate NY. According to the US Navy admiral in overall charge of the US delegation (led by Source A's replacement) the meeting was cordial.
The sixth meeting was held outside of the US (in Europe) for security reasons. According to the admiral, those involved in the European meeting were "doing good work"
Source A emphasized that the military liaisons at this series of UN inspired meetings were trying to get agreement on how to nations ought to respond to the prospect of extraterrestrial vehicles appearing over countries. It's worth pointing out that this is the same scenario that was debated in the Japanese parliament in December 2007. It led to the Japanese Minister of Defense making a statement concerning how the Japanese self defense force might respond to such a scenario.
Source A said further that the admiral in charge of the covert disclosure process revealed the talking points for the last two meetings held without Source A's attendance. These included the following:
1. "What if [extraterrestrial] spacecraft start making demands?"2. "If they [extraterrestrials] do make demands, what should be our responses as a collective people?"3. If the craft appear without any hostile intent, there should be agreement that no hostile action is taken by any nation. 4. That NATO should take whatever measures necessary to ensure no hostile response is taken in response to the appearance of any ETV occurs.5. International Banking systems should keep operating with minimal disruption to economic systems.6. How to ensure the global distribution of extraterrestrial knowledge and technology.
According to Source A, point six was the most difficult issue in the discussions.
Threats to UN Diplomatic CommunityI raised the issue of two independent reports that diplomats had been physically threatened to remain silent about UN discussions on UFOs and extraterrestrial life. I emphasized that one of the sources involved a senior European diplomat that had relayed that the physical threats were genuine and diplomats were being silenced.
Source A mentioned that one of the reasons that the UN had been chosen was that the diplomatic community is very good at leaking information. This was an important consideration in the controlled leakage initiated by the admiral and other senior Navy officials "to gauge the responses." In particular, they wanted to see the public response to the UN disclosures, and also the media response. The choice of UN ambassadors to receive the information was a strategic choice to help move forward the disclosure process. All ambassadors were fully briefed by their military liaisons on what transpired at the Upstate NY and European meetings. The Ambassadors were therefore an important part of the controlled leak and the covert Navy group is very interested in any threats made against them that impacts on the disclosure process.
Source A said that the world is hostile to extraterrestrial disclosure, that's what the US Navy's covert group is finding out. They are trying to find out where the hostility is coming from and whether it can be neutralized and reduced.
Source A confirmed the independent reports that UN diplomats were being threatened not to reveal to the public anything about the secret UN meetings discussing extraterrestrial life. Source A got his confirmation from unauthorized sources that he pointed out were more accurate than authorized sources. Unauthorized sources involved covert intelligence operations, and that Source A's counterparts from the British M.O.D. were involved.
The covert Navy group behind the UN disclosures is trying to track down the source of the threats to the UN diplomats. So far these have been traced to international corporations.
The Role of International CorporationsI asked Source A if he was familiar with the Admiral Wilson incident where in 1997 in a meeting with Dr Stephen Greer and Dr Edgar Mitchell, Wilson was given codes to classified extraterrestrial related projects . Dr Mitchell recently commented in an interview about the incident substantially confirming what Greer had earlier disclosed.
I pointed out that Admiral Wilson was apparently denied access by the attorneys of a corporation. Source A said that many defense projects are subcontracted out to corporations. While DARPA may have started as the lead agency, they then subcontracted out to US and international contractors, e.g., SAIC, Lockheed, BAE, Airbus, EADS, etc. He pointed out that Corporations are much better at keeping secrets than the military. Small companies often chosen to do black projects, e.g., 300 employees. They can more easily enforce discipline to keep the projects secret. The US Defense Industry is filled with projects given to corporations. From our discussion, it was clear that there was much concern over the prominent role played by corporations in controlling information and access to extraterrestrial related projects.
ConclusionThere has been partial confirmation for the original meeting on February 12 from a number of independent sources. Due to the anonymous nature of these independent sources, there still has not been any significant media interest in the meetings conducted at the UN on February 12. Only the UFO/exopolitics community has shown any sustained interest in Source A's disclosures and have attempted to verify these. Most of these efforts have occurred in association with members of the Open Minds Forum that has devoted considerable time and energy in investigating various aspects of Source A's disclosures. The continued meetings in Upstate NY and Europe revealed by Source A require independent confirmation. Further investigation is required to confirm the meetings themselves, as well as their content and nations involved.
My impression of Source A is that he is sincere in his disclosures and genuinely involved in an effort by a covert group comprising senior US Navy officers to disclose information concerning extraterrestrial life. His willingness to have independent confirmation of his credentials and to be interviewed by different researchers does give confidence in his disclosures. While this is no guarantee that his disclosures are accurate, it does help inspire confidence that he is part of overall disclosure process sanctioned by senior Navy officials involved in covert operations.
There appears to be genuine concern over the way in which covert projects involving extraterrestrial related information is being run and the role played by corporations in controlling this. The extent to which the US Navy and other military forces have been sidelined in the internationalization and corporatization of extraterrestrial related projects is a major cause for concern. This is especially important insofar as threats to the diplomatic community to remain silent about the UN UFO/ET meetings have been traced to corporations.
It does appear that an important convergence of interests has led to senior US Navy officials in covert operations embarking on a controlled leak of information to the UFO/exopolitics community. This is a promising development given the nature of the privatized control system that has emerged to manage extraterrestrial related information. The lack of oversight and transparency of such a control system is not only a major cause of concern for the general public, but also for senior military officials who take seriously their oath to uphold and protect the US Constitution.

The Damage of Silence

I've been off sifting through current events and wrangling with other disclosure enthusiasts over at Open Minds Forum for the last couple months. In the course of that time I came to note a problem faced by insiders when they make an effort to reach out to the public around them. The problem is that sixty odd years of veritable silence on the part of the keepers of the extraterrestrial contact paradigm has caused not only a great deal of cynicism within the ufology & exopolitics community but also an inability for the community members to accept a presentation of a very basic form of physical contact experience reported from whistleblowers or even partially sanctioned insiders.

Back in the early nineties the door was wide open to insiders of the contact control structure which manages the paradigm within the various bodies of government, military, and corporate contractors, a secluded world unto their own. When repeated attempts at cracking the lid of secrecy failed in the past, new theories for ETs apparent obscure behavior and the governments inability to connect with the public began to form.

Today those theories have taken shape in the terminology of 'phenomenology'. Enthusiasts of ufological & exopolitical analysis claim that disclosure is not in the hands of government officials, or even the PTB. Those powers are said to be ultimately incapable of achieving an honest disclosure especially one that brings their unique history along to the table for healing and understanding to occur. These new theories claim that only ET is capable of achieving disclosure. They claim that it will only be the ETs themselves who will determine the time, place, and nature of disclosure. It is also claimed that perhaps disclosure has not happened because ET does not want it. ET in the eyes of many human observers is satisfied with teasing humans and then leaving them hanging wanting desperately to understand and confused about why they keep their distance.

A part of this has to do with a jumbled stew pot of different ET types, a multitude of vaguely understood or hyper analyzed personal contact experiences along with similar items of better handling and more professional examination, all glommed together under one heading which depict Contact in confusing contexts and then are drawn out into etherial assumptions where questions raised by one species behavior are regularly attributed or grouped together with the behavior and experiences associated with others among the less experienced researchers in the field which comprise the largest and most vocal portion of the ufological and exopolitical community. Add to all this mix a wild array of existential possibilities and technology obviously so far advanced beyond our current capabilities as to seem magical or more interdimensional than associated with our mundane neck of the scientific/technological woods...it is no small wonder the task faced by Insiders and future world body Disclosers is ostensibly daunting, especially when they attempt to test and measure the waters. The ufology & exopolitical community is their own worst enemy making it so easy for governmental insiders to throw their hands in the air and run back to the comparative sanity and safety of the contact control structure from whence they originated.

Whereas the CCS, contact control structure, so labled for lack of a more official term has been largely silent for the last sixty years, the ufology & relatively new exopolitical communities have not. The sprawling U & E community have been very busy little beavers ravanously chewing their way through collecting, investigating, cataloging, and analyzing mountains of data, (documents, first-hand contact experiences from witnesses, ufo siting events, whistleblower testimonies, physical evidences, and collaborative study and analysis efforts) found within this paradigm in the absence of more official participation. In this absence of the CCS, these people stepped up to the plate and did what governments were failing to do publicly. Many members have thirty or more years of indepth experience and study in this material which would make both mainstream professional journalists and university scholars blush for being caught out of the loop with their pants around their ankles. A tremendous amount of praise must be heaped upon these individuals who took it upon themselves armed with little more than basic life skills and the scientific method, who jumped in with often times only personal funds to work with, and donated their lives to self education in the paradigm and dissemination to the public through websites, books, scholarly publications, blogs, wikizines, transparant associations, institutes, and conferences of what they learned.

The end results of the subject matter has been always open to lively debate. This is the consequence of openness and transparancy. Sometimes the liveliness gets so heated that fur flies and proverbial blood is spilled, but in the end the paradigm with all its questions and fascinating revelations remains and humanity flocks to it in their inherent curiosity where no age is too old or too young. In sixty years there has not occured any hard fast rules to apply to this subject other than bring proof for your claims and expect to be piled apon by both sharp and dull minds saturated with serious inquiry and personal biases which will pounce upon what you provide and analyze it seven ways to Sunday, and then drive it soundly into the ground of history with all the power their scrutiny can muster.

I find it interesting that we get so excited over these findings while far greater events occur here at home beneath a media blackout and layer of 'ridicule factor'. I do believe that our human priorities have been skewed deliberately so that the structure of reality within our current civilization might benefit a few versus risking a period of social consternation so that in the end it might benefit the many. Why do we not hear of these things? I think it is because humanity has lost the true pioneer spirit which draws people out of their comfort zones and bestows the freedom to explore beyond their current paradigm. "Forensic testing equivalent to what a judge could order in a court case indicates that these two documents have paper, ink, watermark, handwriting and other indications consistent with their claimed dates and contents," reported Dr. Wood. Allen Hynek who came to believe so-called Project Blue Book led the public astray." Speaking at the Society's annual meeting in Boulder, CO, to an audience whose principal members possess doctoral degrees, Wood discussed in detail the "Bowen manuscript," an authentic draft of a book entitled "An Encyclopedia of Flying Saucers," which the author Vernon Bowen submitted to the Air Force for pre-publication review.
According to handwritten annotations on the manuscript, it was "submitted to Project Blue Book in 1961" and subsequently passed to those who stamped some pages in red ink - tested to be of appropriate age and kind - with the classification "TOP SECRET/MAJIC" and "FOR US 'EYES ONLY'." "Bowen's extensive public research may have put the pieces of the jigsaw together and come too close for comfort," said Dr. Wood. "The draft manuscript never did find its way to publication but was leaked to researchers among other UFO documents in 1999. Those who leaked these materials clearly had access to a document that had been in custody of an admitted Air Force UFO project."
Dr. Wood discussed a second document - known as the "burned memo" - delivered in the original and now subjected to forensic testing without public fanfare in order to ensure careful analysis.
"Forensic dating and analysis of paper, ink, watermarks, annotations and other details all comport with the source's statement that this document was one of the those meant to be burned from the private safe of CIA counterintelligence director James Jesus Angleton, who died in 1987, but snatched from destruction at the last minute,"stated Wood. "This remarkable document with scorch marks on paper of the period is stamped in red ink with the classification 'TOP SECRET/MJ-12,' " said Wood. "It is a carbon draft from the Director of Central Intelligence referred to as 'MJ-1.' The memo and its attachments, whose paper and ink have been validated by forensic testing, lay out extreme concern to keep UFO matters even from President Kennedy, referred to as 'Lancer,' his then-classified Secret Service codename."
Attachments to the memo discuss keeping UFO data largely outside normal defense channels; using the Air Force's admitted Blue Book UFO project for counterintelligence; and purging files prior to responding to freedom of information requests, a well known concept even before the Freedom of Information Act was passed a few years later. "We know this original document was leaked from a source who mailed it along with a cover note and copies of other UFO files in an envelope stamped with a postage meter traced to CIA Headquarters," stated Wood.
"The attachments describe extreme security measures," he noted, "including authorization to 'detain and interrogate any and all targets.' It cites biological warfare, or contamination concerns, to be met by 'HOUSE CLEANING operations in major population centers,' along with potential use of MK-ULTRA and ARTICHOKE, notorious human control projects that surfaced in Church Committee hearings about the CIA before the Senate in 1975." Perhaps most intriguing, Wood reported, is the final attachment. It states that if "Washington" is "non-conducive" to these activities and "cannot be influenced any further" (would this mean 'Lancer,' mentioned earlier, or other uncooperative officials?), the environment should be made "wet." Unknown until years later - except to intelligence insiders - "wet affairs" was intelligence jargon for assassination.
"It will be extremely difficult or perhaps impossible to find archival files to corroborate this memo fully," said Wood. "By the source's own account, it was uniquely snatched from destruction at the last moment. But forensic tests validate the physical document. There are little-known citations in the content that we have verified by research. And, again, our investigations reveal documents were mailed from CIA Headquarters." "It is certainly possible someone with access to CIA Headquarters has the counterfeiting expertise to forge documents with decades-old paper, ink and authentic watermarks; make complex, insider references to classified activities; and also possess a manuscript submitted to the Air Force's former UFO project."
"It is also possible these documents - not copies but originals - pose very serious questions about how far some would go to hide UFO information," said Wood. "Citizens deserve to know where these documents came from, who produced them or marked them classified, and why." His exopolitical mediators Clay and Shawn Pickering known as 'Temporal' on OMF have said that due to the critical nature of the situation at this time they have to hold off just a bit longer before releasing any details. The forum is alive with interest and excitement.

In two posts regarding the news of 'Source A's return, Temporal said, "When our source can figure out what we can say, you folks at OMF will be the first to know. As an aside to further understand how dangerous this can be. Our source was approached TWICE by the MIBs. Luckily it was his TDY and that they know he is contact with the Conformers that has provided him insulation. It is obvious that there is still a powerful non-disclosure element attempting hinderance to opening the paradigm into the daylight inhabited by the taxpaying public. I would like to initiate an open discussion as to how open negotiations between earth society and benevolent extraterrestrial races might proceed post-disclosure. Nation-states must settle their differences through the rule of law and not war, as well as eliminate weapons of mass destruction.3. We must show major progress toward humane democratic population control.4. We must show major progress toward solving our environmental problems.5. We must show progress toward development of a civilized societal organizational structure based on cooperation not mutual predation.6. We must understand that we co-inhabit earth and this solar system with other races and that any ideas of manifest destiny must be discarded. If we meet these preconditions then I believe these would be the following incentives offered to us by the ethical extraterrestrial races. 1. Open fair trade2. Cultural exchange3. Technological exchange4. Mutual defense treaties5. Participation in collective extraterrestrial government6. Enlightened guidance and advice The deeper I get into understanding extraterrestrial reality the more I have come to realize that it is really not all that different out there as it is here. The laws of physics and evolution seem to apply elsewhere just as they do here and so too the laws of logic and reason. The only difference I can see is in orders of complexity. I believe our earth based still primitive society will be able to meet the challenges of extraterrestrial reality now and in the future. We must face up to and prepare for post disclosure reality and that includes conversations such as these even if it makes uninformed people uncomfortable or incredulous. They're Experts At Failure to Get It Right: Mainstream Major Media

The major media outlets response to recent historic events has been less than professional. It is in fact rather pathetic. There is no surprise in this quarter where the well informed see it as but one more symptom of a defunct system of information exchange rapidly being replaced by online magazines, discussion boards, and blogs.

Ridicule apparently is the only dish served in the major media delicatessens. It is very easy to fall back to such disgraceful lack of fulfillment of professional obligations. It means you do not have to stretch your own mind or the minds of your viewers or readers. There is no real research or education involved. You don't need to worry about negative responses because you base your decisions upon the vocal portions of human society which participate in your worthless ratings and gravitate to feeding frenzies.

If appearances are reality then major media only caters to the dead-heads and dull of spirit in today's society. Its sole purpose generated to fill the empty sound space of the apathetic. The true intellectuals, adventurers, and curiosity seekers have long since wandered away. Real news is not to be found in those resources anymore. The real movers and shakers of humanity, both young and old, now move along the colorful fast paced high quantity data corridors of the online super-highway. Doorways to real events which matter more to the general public are to be found here with ease. On demand communication and interaction with participants spur a widening gap between online resources and the quaint but twisted forms of news spin and distribution like FOX NEWS, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, REUTERS, and a whole battalion of physical newspaper & magazine publications guilty of the same inept laziness.

Those recipients of major media's sad worthless brand of news, trapped within that graying world, have no idea the most amazing event humanity has ever experienced is unfolding around them. They are missing the boat. Is it their fault? Maybe. There could be many reasons for it. Perhaps a lack of enthusiasm for life. The couch is so soft and their day too long to care. Hard to say. It is something one could speculate upon for hours. Meanwhile the excitement and flurry of meetings and jostling over the UFO/ET Contact issue over at the UN goes virtually unnoticed.

The release of these files to the public has been known about and hotly anticipated for months. Is the timing of these two events merely coincidence? Or is Rev. I'm breezing over a lot of information here to get to the point quickly: through small baby steps the world is being conditioned for a very, very big announcement, the biggest announcement ever: THEY'RE HERE!You may be wondering, if the governments of these democratic countires have known the truth about aliens and UFOs here on Earth then why has it taken them so loooong to tell the public? We're talking at least fifty years here. We are being prepared for it incrementally, one news report at a time, so that when the final announcement comes, maybe in five years, maybe in ten years, we're not overwhelmed by it.

The United Kingdom has joined the growing ranks of countries releasing documents pertaining to UFOs. World wide there is a growing awareness of the existence of UFOs and that they have been here for a very long time.

UK News 14 May 2008 MoD Release 'X Files' The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has released classified information on unexplained aerial sightings for the first time.The files dating back to the 1970s have been released on the National Archives' website today.

They include descriptions of alleged Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon - or Unidentified Flying Objects of 'UFOs' - and subsequent evaluations of reports.Up to now, independent experts have concluded that there are logical explanations behind alleged UFO reports, such as aircraft or natural phenomena.

The MoD examines UFO reports to determine whether they could be aircraft illegally in UK airspace.According to a Question & Answer brief on the report released by the National Archives, the MoD "does not doubt the genuineness of many people's interest in UFOs. However, it states that the MoD's own interest is limited to the "defence aspect".

The MoD believes that their investigations are necessary as "the maintenance of the integrity of UK air space requires that the Ministry of Defence should be satisfied that any UFO is not an intruding aircraft".

The Government does not consider that there is any justification for the expenditure of public money on a study of UFOs.In the report, sightings are recorded at many RAF stations such as RAF Binbrook, RAF Staxton Wold and RAF Manston. It is recorded that UFO's have been sighted with the naked eye "hovering over houses in Eastern Avenue North, Northampton" and one such object had "red flashing lights on the top". It is also recorded that another object was "round in shape" and "colours varied between electric blue, green, red, orange and deep purple.

In a draft of a closing address in a UFO Debate in The Lords, it states: "Intelligent life could exist elsewhere in the universe. With 100,000 millions stars in our own galaxy alone, it is probable that there are many planets capable of supporting life." But, the draft also added "even at the speed of light, it would take four years to reach the nearest star, and 100,000 years to cross our galaxy". It concluded however "ufology may be a pleasant fantasy but has nothing to do with the truth".

Nick Pope, former UFO investigator at the Ministry of Defence and now independent expert on the unexplained has said that it is "interesting" that people have seen UFOs in built-up areas, not just desolate areas. However he said that the most common explanations for UFOs were "aircraft lights, bright stars and planets".

Doctor David Clarke, an expert in UFO history said that conspiracy theories about aliens were "hard to disprove".

Director of Investigations at The British UFO Research Association, (BUFORA) Gloria Dixon, said: "It is crucial that we explore the way in which perceptions and beliefs influence how people observe things and to understand the inaccuracy of most observations of lights and objects that people perceive to be UFOs."

BUFORA has reported that an alleged secret meeting took place at the United Nations (UN) to discuss imminent alien disclosure in February. For now though, there is no solid evidence to prove alien life exists, but maybe the truth is out there.

You must remember this structure is MASSIVE and it EXTENDS EVERYWHERE IT MATTERS for them to accomplish being where they are to day in the condition they are today. Most of them hardly know who the others are so how do you figure you will?

This is not the same as the mafia who all know each other and will readily rat each other out when thrown a bone. These people have a way of tracking each other and it would not take a rocket scientist to figure out that you couldn’t get to the ones that mattered because they would see you coming just by who wasn’t where they belonged at any given moment.

This structure has a 60 year head start on you technologically. If you go head (witch) hunting you will get all of us crispy fried.

Look, you are confronted by a guy with a gun to your face on the street…you don’t have a gun and you have no where and no means to run, so how do you convince him to turn and walk away? It’s not by threatening him with capitol punishment under the law. He’ll shoot you if you do that.

Doing OpEdNews and Surviving.?
Last year, because I stopped running the conferences I ran for 15 years, so I could devote full time and attention to OpEdNews (usually 12-15 hours a day, seven days a week) my income dropped to the lowest it's been in decades. Decades! I took about $4000 in pay from OEN last year and this year, I really need to take at least $1500 to $2000 a month in pay from OEN. With a home, three kids (two in college and one heading back) and two dogs, believe me, I just barely get by every month. That pay does not include the costs for the website's private dedicated server and part time webmaster. Anyone who knows what I pay for them agrees the prices are very, very reasonable (some have offered to help with lower rates and what we're currently paying is lower.)

The bottom line is that I am now depending upon contributions to OpEdNews to pay my basic bills, to support my kids and there's not much left over. I have hope and faith that things will get better-- that we'll eventually land some foundation grants, that, as we grow, our contributions will rise. But for now, OEN and I are dependent upon you, our members to fund what we're doing. There are days when I seriously consider cutting way back and going for a salaried job. I don't want to do it. I love what I do here but I have to pay the bills. That means I need to raise money through contributions. That's where you come in. Last year, with an average of about 11,500 subscribers, we received about 1200 contributions. About 15-20% of them were from people who contributed monthly or at least more than once. Now, we have about 13,750 daily subscribers. It helps. We need to see 4-5 contributions averaging $38 each, every day to stay even. It's not a lot. It adds up to about 1680 contributions. I expect, by the end of the year, we'll at between 16,000 and 18,000 subscribers. So, the target, will represent about the same percentage of supporters as last year.

I know the economy is tough. I know you're going to want to support your candidates with contributions. But I also hope you'll see that support for what we do is a worthwhile investment, because if you don't think that, we're in trouble. The best thing you can do is to sign up for a monthly, authomatic contribution- - whether it's $5 or $100 or $700. We'll take all any or all of the above. An Opinion on ET Contact: Insiders and the 360 Degree View

A friend recently asked me why deep insiders to UFO and Extraterrestrial Contact would bother (what purpose would they have) to come forward. He wanted my opinion based on years of exposure to the idea, not a long list of bits of evidence heaped in a pile from which he would have to discern motive.

Please keep in mind that in reality I'm just an average nobody. But I also have been paying attention, unlike most couch potatoes out there, and so this is equally about why it should matter to everyone else on this peculiar little piece of planetary real estate too...

The potential for a terrible tragedy is unfolding on a little backwater planet the inhabitants have quaintly named Earth. Yeah that one over there the third rock from the sun...but wow, what a pretty place...

The purpose is exactly what you and I have been discussing setting up. To move irregardless of if the pro-disclosure insider groups can get cooperation from the non-disclosure groups. This ties in to what Ed is saying and F. (researcher) & J. (researcher) too from the contactees, that ETs are putting pressure on humanity to wake up and the groups to disclose. The ETs are trying a more direct route via obviousness of presence and direct physical contact with able average people (Joe types).

The pro-disclosure insider groups (military, industrial complex, etc) are in need of I think leverage would be a good term. They are in need of average people such as ourselves to move so that the non-disclosure groups are essentially backed into a corner where they or at least the majority of the fence-sitters must choose disclosure. This is a fine line to walk because in order for ET to stay here willingly, as a source mentioned on the OM Forum 'UN Meeting' thread

there must be primarily of all the reasons a concerted effort (by humanity) to get the population growth under control and at a sustainable level for the planet within 3 generations.

The non-disclosure groups are non-disclosure to begin with for self-serving reasons. They currently control the ptb (powers that be). They have multiple weapons of mass destruction types under their control with which they could use to cull the herd and are not afraid to push the button. They are only thinking of what they would gain from continued contact with ET perhaps even 100 years from now. These non-disclosure groups want what they want now not later. So you see this situation is worse than the cold war era ever was by far. Because the power structure has more to gain in its eyes by using nukes and other such weapons to remove 3 mil or more people quickly...

trouble is that ET has said they will under no uncertain circumstances tolerate this and they will go away if such are used...

but they have also left a back door of returning in 100 years.

This encourages the non-disclosure groups.

It is in the best interest of the pro-disclosure insiders to fight for disclosure because it would prevent such a holocaust and assist in returning control to the publicly elected officials. They (many), especially in the lower ranks, are ethical & honorable people caught up in a nightmare which once in you are not allowed out; not alive anyway. Those getting into it had/have no idea what is involved until there because of the 'need to know' issue.

This power structure is what allows a subordinate officer in the military or industrial complex enterprise to have greater power and control than their immediate superiors. In other words the visible people in control are not necessarily party to anything to do with contact, technology or other associated things. They are often clueless. It would not be an easy fight when you have no idea who is friend and who is foe. It is part of how the ptb maintains control. The different groups have virtually no contact with each other.

No idea who is friend who is foe. This started 60 plus years ago. Eisenhower warned about the military-industrial complex that it (the Contact controlers) had gotten out of control. He said at the end of his term, he no longer had the reins.

Back to current...there is something more going on behind the scenes. My understanding of this is fuzzy yet. Not enough to even make a partial shot at it. I can FEEL it though if that makes any sense. This sense is the same way I have managed to escape ever getting a ticket for speeding, lol. I'm not a saint behind the wheel! So it does work and so does synchronicity...this is everywhere at this time for whatever it is worth.

We have a job to do. We must sensibly, cautiously, and steadily manage to do the impossible while creating the least amount of damage to human civilization. This must be done soon or we may as well do our best to hide on a world too populated to hide in, that uses technology that makes hiding impossible! We must turn this table around because it is leading only to self-destruction and this is per many people, not just me. We are here in the right place at the right time. (That mean you too dear reader.) As long as we draw breath our future is still ours to choose but the road will not be easy or pretty. Disclosure is the key.

I mentioned this before - but do we think it's worthwhile to establish a second list/group for this purpose? I'm happy to create some rough strategy for the UK, above and beyond what's already planned centrally, and sift through the approach with other countries reps.

What was it last night around Decatur that had people talking?
Friday night and into today, our newsroom has been flooded with peopleinquiring about a strange sighting in the western sky.

What did people see?
What we do know is that an object was in the sky that night. What it was is thefocus of tonight's WAFF 48 Investigators Report.
"I saw it coming thru the sky back that way and it".
Cody Terry was driving by the Aquadome Recreation Center Friday night inDecatur when he happened to look up in the sky and he notice something strange.
When it was coming through the sky, I really thought it was an airplane thatlost control so I came to a complete stop on the road. When I got out andlooked at it was no sound coming from it."
No sound, and he says it didn't appear to be an aircraft.
"It speed up to maybe two hundred miles per hour it went straight to theground and disappeared."
Some people say they saw Med-Flight back here but some people say they sawsomething else.
Cody says he saw three military helicopters in the air and ambulance on theground.
"We saw what was in the ambulance and to me it looked like what was agiant pearl and it was shiny. It put off kind of like a diamond type reflectionon it"."
For now what ever was in the sky will remain a mystery.
WAFF 48 talked to the director of Med-Flight about an hour ago and he didconfirm they had one helicopter in the area and no other helicopters were inthe air around that time.
He also says one of his pilots saw a meteorite in the sky last night.

A tidbit about a fellow working with scalar/radionics
I decided to send you pix of my scalar/radionics machine(s). This machine took me a long time to build... to figure out all the components etc. All is hand made and by trial and error. She is extremely powerful. Using the machine to supercharge drink and food, my dog has now acquired a measurable aura of over 24 feet radius.......

I am contacting you in regards to the following subject because of your proven stance as a guardian of the rights and desires of your people. The following information to the uninitiated may seem a little ‘out there’ but I beg you give it serious consideration at this time to assist in this matter. The subject of this is to begin an initiative to consider and institute action of amnesty for whistle-blowers regarding previously classified governmental extraterrestrial studies. I believe this initiative to be a crucial step to allowing disclosure of physical evidence of extraterrestrial contact and influence. Below I will also provide a link that you may go and review a discussion in progress related to this subject as it evolves.

For many years now there have been serious researchers who have dedicated their lives and nearly every penny of personal possession in the effort to collect evidence of planetary importance and present it to the public as they have felt it their duty to do. It has come to the point where events have arranged that there is no longer time for just the proving of this issue. The community of researchers are beginning the first steps forward on the premise that proof has been obtained and now other issues in managing it are to be dealt with.

As the public is brought to full awareness (disclosure) of this reality on many fronts one of their primary concerns has been how to address the intent of the ‘veteran insiders’ the ‘multi-agency working groups’ and their associates residing within the massive span of the current ‘control structure’ which wish to come forward in an honest and open manner to participate with their history and experience. This desire is extensive and includes many in positions of power and influence right down to the average individual among them. This party (the groups, etc) have lived an existence of extreme control and internal fear for many reasons. I wish to assist by helping to provide an avenue for fruition of their desire which will reassure them that in the public’s eyes they are not nor will they be treated in such a way as to justify their fears.

It has been observed that as a more general extraterrestrial contact disclosure progresses it may be a proactive measure toward preventing general fear among those new to this subject that having the complete story available would heal the rifts our society now faces. The party(s) above have expressed that if it could be considered or arranged a form of immunity or amnesty for those who come forward from that ‘internal world’ it would make great strides in easing their fears and assisting them to choose joining this effort. Please know that not all within that world are whole to this desire and many are, out of fear, at this time on the fence. I seek to bridge this gap for them between their world and the world of the public that they may walk through that door.

I am contacting you in the hope that you may be willing to assist in this by providing a back door to the public machine of elected government for initial communication on this matter. You are highly respected in many circles. When this ball moves at last it will go very fast and if such effort to include these people without a public mass lynching first is to happen it will need to happen before-hand, or early, or extremely quickly. I and others from where I stand will be relying upon your experience in this and the experience of any allies you may be able to arrange from your position both up and down of you.

If you cannot for reasons participate in this, I fully understand. If you still have questions, you may feel free to ask me directly, relay your questions, concerns, etc through myself to other researchers or go direct to the following community of which I am a member and find others of similar concern there. Opening Thoughts on Contact Disclosure

Hello, and welcome. I have been trying to decide what I would like to convey as an introduction to my thoughts on exopolitics and the developing disclosure of contact. The subject being huge and controversial even among experts, makes it difficult to decide where to start.

There is a tremendous flurry of activity in the UFO Community right now. This is being driven by both veterans in ufology/exopolitics and by many new energetic highly skilled researchers hotly pursuing current events and associated evidence. The stigma that has for years been attached to this subject is lifting as internet becomes the center for news, communication, and information exchange over the old way via television & radio. Today's people especially younger generations are tech saavy and open to new and rapidly changing ideas. Instant on demand ability to exchange communication throughout the world unhindered by geographic difficulties is making it highly difficult to keep secrets. This is a positive change for the evolution of understanding about UFOs, ET existance & contact, and the involvement of insiders wherever they happen to reside.

My experience in this until recently has been from the fringes. Watchful but largely uninvolved. Recent events however have brought me out of the woodwork to help in whatever way I can devise. I am currently a member of Open Minds Forum. Researchers and interested laypersons from around the world are gathering there to discuss events and evidence as such can be obtained. A concerted effort toward devising a plan to process the massive amounts of data that are and have been gathered by field investigators is underway. The data is to be analyzed and then released to the public in a revolving door built with flexibility to adjust to additional data as it develops.

While it would be nice and at some point I may come up with some inspiring type introduction, I haven't yet. Additionally my postings here may end up either sporadic or perhaps extensive. At this point I have yet to decide on a pattern of use for my blog so I will ask for your understanding and patience. I think to begin with it will simply start as a place to chew upon my thoughts/experiences and compare them to prior ones. I may add bits about associated subjects and links for reference. Do not be surprised if at first this work is disorganized and confusing. My thoughts tend to run in all directions and until you get to know me you will likely be exasperated trying to follow any single train of thought! Feel free to ask questions...I'll answer if I can or point a direction in which you might find what you seek.

The world primarily knows me as Cyrellys. I'm 37 F with a colorful history and this is my pen name. I have used it for over 15 years online. I don't use my given name online as that is extremely personal and has ties to other people who have no desire to be so public preferring to be left alone. So for an explanation as to my use of Cyrellys that will have to suffice. LOL it may be interesting to note that I am more real in this form anyway than under my given name which has so little associated with it. So heading the question off before you ask...nope just call me Cyrellys.
