have been excited to hear of his return and it is rumored that his activities/experiences while he was away fit under the heading of something 'fantastic!' and very worthy of the wait.

His exopolitical mediators Clay and Shawn Pickering known as 'Temporal' on OMF have said that due to the critical nature of the situation at this time they have to hold off just a bit longer before releasing any details. The forum is alive with interest and excitement.

In two posts regarding the news of 'Source A's return, Temporal said, "When our source can figure out what we can say, you folks at OMF will be the first to know. As an aside to further understand how dangerous this can be. Our source was approached TWICE by the MIBs. One was Airforce and the other DHS (Department of Homeland Security) about his email contacts to us. Luckily it was his TDY and that they know he is contact with the Conformers that has provided him insulation. This is what we must protect....We found out yesterday that we are definitely on the MIBs radar because of our source. In point: He's active, he's in a program[s], he's a liaison, he's Navy, and he's talking and pushing hard because he's got some insulation. We don't however, and he reminded us of this. This is why the UN initiative is integral to upping the ante. It will move forward, we just don't know how at this point....We just have to stay on that fine line. Right now it's HOT and we have to be careful. Also, there's two of us. My brother and I. I think it is one of the reasons our source opened up and was given the approval to broach the UN initiative with us. Logistically there is safety in numbers. It is also one of the reasons I joined OMF to protect ourselves. You guys know about me and this also provides insulation. If/when we get this UN thing going again, this will provide some safety all around. Right now, we just don't know where our source and we fit in."

It is obvious that there is still a powerful non-disclosure element attempting hinderance to opening the paradigm into the daylight inhabited by the taxpaying public. Believer2, one of the regulars on OMF who has a penchant for the legal aspects of the topics discussed said,"Your 'insulation' is this Forum. Hard copy your posts in full. Crayon markings on the sidewalk can fade in the weather."

I would myself suggest speaking with your congressional representatives about pressuring the administration that the public strongly wishes to be included in the experience of this refreshment of the extraterrestrial reality. Tell them that we are ready for it and it is their job to support "Source A" and the advancement of disclosure as we voted them in to represent the wishes of the public. Tell them also to relay the message that threatening this brave individual and his supporters will not be tolerated. But move quickly because they go on vacation soon.

While we wait for the ball to roll through the maze of bureacracy, a friend of mine, Ed Komarek wrote up some related issues which we all need to take some time to seriously consider. If we are on the verge of an opportunity to join the larger community beyond Earth then his points represent some of the most likely issues we may see arise. I would like to initiate an open discussion as to how open negotiations between earth society and benevolent extraterrestrial races might proceed post-disclosure. What I hope will happen is that others may become involved who have some knowledge of this either in the public or classified world and together we can wrap our collective minds around this issue. I would not be surprised if negotiations might include both sanctions and incentives similar to how we handle things on earth so as to induce earth society to cooperate with universe society and not threaten the peace and security of the rest of the cosmic neighborhood. I realize that many people have enough trouble accepting the testimony of high level whistle blowers like Astronaut Edgar Mitchell that we are being visited by extraterrestrials and even question the huge amount of documentation available. http://dsc.discovery.com/space/qa/alien-ufo-edgar-mitchell.html Most people simply don’t understand that they have been severely deceived and brainwashed by the 60 year old UFO/ET cover-up and are going to think that speculation about negotiations with aliens is way over the top. Be that as it may I believe it is important that we move forward on such speculation. I have endured denial and ridicule over the years in regards to expressing my views as to extraterrestrial reality but I believe in telling truth to power in this field of government lies and deception regardless of the consequences. This would follow along the lines of Star Trek’s prime directive. The first precondition seems to be that only limited secret contact with world governments is possible in return for and in preparation for open disclosure of extraterrestrial reality. Once the first precondition of open disclosure is met then open negotiations between extraterrestrial races and earth society can begin in earnest. I suggest that further preconditions must be met by earth society before open direct sustained contact, trade and cultural exchanges are allowed. My impression is that these preconditions for sustained contact and interaction are: 1. Nation-states must stop all hostile action against ethical extraterrestrial races. 2. Nation-states must settle their differences through the rule of law and not war, as well as eliminate weapons of mass destruction.3. We must show major progress toward humane democratic population control.4. We must show major progress toward solving our environmental problems.5. We must show progress toward development of a civilized societal organizational structure based on cooperation not mutual predation.6. We must understand that we co-inhabit earth and this solar system with other races and that any ideas of manifest destiny must be discarded. If we meet these preconditions then I believe these would be the following incentives offered to us by the ethical extraterrestrial races. 1. Open fair trade2. Cultural exchange3. Technological exchange4. Mutual defense treaties5. Participation in collective extraterrestrial government6. Enlightened guidance and advice The deeper I get into understanding extraterrestrial reality the more I have come to realize that it is really not all that different out there as it is here. The laws of physics and evolution seem to apply elsewhere just as they do here and so too the laws of logic and reason. The only difference I can see is in orders of complexity. I believe our earth based still primitive society will be able to meet the challenges of extraterrestrial reality now and in the future. We must face up to and prepare for post disclosure reality and that includes conversations such as these even if it makes uninformed people uncomfortable or incredulous. When I go out on a limb I try to base my speculations on several different sources of information.
